Burial was held in Greenwood Cemetery, Platteville. Family and friends were welcomed from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 21 and from 10:00 a.m. until time of services Friday all at the funeral home. He attended Hope Evangelical Free Church in Monroe and was a member of the Moose Lodge in Monroe. Steven also enjoyed pitching horseshoes and playing cards.
